Calvin Klein MAN is a difficult scent to describe (especially in the first few minutes of applying). The first time I sprayed it, I thought maybe I had "wasted" $60.00. The scent seemed very "peppery" if there is such a word. Why black pepper came to mind I don`t know. ANYHOW, within minutes, the scent becomes much more subtle and "quieter" and you are left with a very attractive scent. I have gotten many compliments while DJing - it makes a great evening fragrance for a man. Funny note: I often carry a bottle of cologne in my bookbag to work (I teach and coach track). Forgetting that the bottle was inside, I tossed my bag on the pavement at track & field practice last week. Oops! The bottle broke and 3/4 of it poured out and drenched my bookbag. As a result, my girls track team couldn`t stop sniffing my bookbag! I also happened to be carrying extra track shorts and a jersey - they all wanted to wear the jersey so they could smell like it.
